Appeals Policy

If LoreBook restricts, unpublishes, or removes your published content, you may appeal the decision under this policy.

1. What you will receive

When we take action on published content, we aim to provide:

  • the affected content and policy ground;
  • the action taken and its scope;
  • the key facts supporting the decision;
  • an appeal deadline and submission route;
  • applicable external dispute or regulator routes where relevant.

2. How to appeal

Send your appeal to [email protected] or use the form below. Include:

  • your case reference (if provided in our notice);
  • the public URL of the affected content;
  • your account email (if you have one);
  • why you believe the decision was incorrect;
  • any supporting evidence.

3. Review

Appeals are reviewed by someone not solely responsible for the original decision where practicable. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Successful appeals may result in reinstatement and cache/search restoration.

4. Deadlines

Appeal deadlines are stated in the moderation notice. Late appeals may still be considered where fairness requires it.
