This policy describes how to report public content on read.lorebook.ai and how LoreBook reviews reports. You do not need a LoreBook account to submit a report.

1. What you can report

Reports may concern illegal content, copyright infringement, harassment, privacy violations, or other violations of our Public Content Standards. Provide the exact public URL of the content.

2. Our process

Acknowledge receipt where practicable.
Assign severity and jurisdiction.
Restrict access immediately where urgent and justified.
Review the cited content and context.
Record the legal or policy basis and proportional action.
Notify the publisher unless prohibited or unsafe.
Provide a reasoned decision and appeal route where applicable.
Notify the reporter of the outcome where lawful.
Preserve only the evidence required by our retention policy.
